As a graduate of the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, Maia has worked in stage schools and performing arts academies across the UK and abroad in management, teaching and examinations.
Opening MIPA has been a long-standing dream: to create a performing arts school that places both the student and family experience at the heart of everything it does. As a family-run company, MIPA wants to feel like a family — a place where students are known, supported, celebrated and encouraged to become the best performers they can be.
Maia is passionate about providing exceptional teaching in an inclusive, welcoming and encouraging environment. She looks forward to creating unforgettable memories with MIPA students and families and watching each student develop throughout their MIPA journey.

General Assistant & Drama Project Teacher
Hi, my name’s Danny. I am currently studying Theatre at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. I have a strong passion for performing and have credits including Peter Panto as Nanny McPhee, Jekyll and Hyde as Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, and Romeo and Juliet as Friar Lawrence.
I have always loved performing and the opportunity it gives people to express themselves creatively. I am really excited to work with young people at MIPA, support them throughout their journey and help them develop their confidence, creativity and skills as performers in their own right.
